The technology immigrants, Moto v220s and z3s

I just can't help but remember about the discussion I had with one of our family's close friends about the thesis she is doing. It is about the generations' differences in learning about technology. She called us younger generations the Technology Natives, and their generation the Technology Immigrants. (By the way, her name is Liza Villarin)

It is about my father who was asking all about KBs, MBs and their difference in capacity concerning his new Moto Z3 phone. He was taking a while to learn about the difference and he couldn't get why his phone's memory capacity (of 128mb) is already full of his recordings. I showed him the sizes of his recording and the size of his memory card. Well, I hope he finally did get it.

Then later, someone sent a business card on his older phone, a Motorola v220. I know it is an old phone but he can't get to dispose it(the antenna is even missing, but surprisingly it is still working). Instead he uses them both. Anyway, I think his older phone is a little broken. It seems it can't read the business card. It just shows an orange question mark.

I tried reading and saving the message using the Mobile Phone Tools installed in my laptop but it shows that the message is empty. I guess I failed at that. (Can somebody teach me how to read that business card?) I am guessing the business card came from an incompatible phone, maybe a Nokia phone?
